Bought the dress for a military ball and it was a total success. I have to admit that I was a little nervous at first buying a dress online...

The dress is beautiful. its always recommended that you order a size up with these kinds of dresses, so I did. The size 16 dress was the equivelent of at least a 20W or 22W. It was HUGE. I had to pay (a lot)to send it back to california...after being approved for a return/exchange. The eggplant color is more of a grayish "dusty" purple rather than the vibrant purple shown here. Im out of time for the event so now I have to get the new size 12 altered (just a little)for it to fit correctly. Again if the dress wasnt this pretty or the seller didnt approve I would have been extremely upset and bulked at a 1 star status. With this one...order down!
